ASPTicket is an ASP based helpdesk/support ticket system designed for web hosts (although many non-web host companies use it succesfully). Some of it's features include:

• User creation of ticket
• User can update their ticket
• User can set ticket priority
• User can close and re-open tickets
• Searchable by ticket ID and e-mail address
• E-mail notification for user & admin
• Admin can close and re-open tickets

Version 2.0 of ASPTicket fixes a few bugs, improves form validation and vastly improves the Admin back-end interface. Use the demo links up on the right there to get a feel for the application, or just take a peek at the screenshots below.

ASPTicket costs £9.99 and comes with a full commercial license which lets you do pretty much anything you like with the software. Although there's no gauranteed support included in the price, I'm always happy to help if you run into any problems.
